Hi there, hope you are having a great week so far!

It is incredible to me how fast this year has flown by and how much I have been able to accomplish.

One reason I think I have been able to achieve a lot of goals is because having a healthy respect for my time and other people's time is one of the non-negotiable standards that I have for my life.

Standards are only one of the non-negotiable traits that I discuss on my channel this week. There are 2 others that you absolutely need in order to move forward and have a powerful, joyful life.

In this week's video, I discuss 3 non-negotiable traits that every woman especially divorced women should have that should be firm and rigid.

I think it's great to be flexible in certain aspects of your life, but not so flexible that you have to compromise one or all of these traits.
